The National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter — the Academy of Sciences) invites media representatives to a round table discussion of the Law «On Science and Technology Policy» to be held on September 25 in Almaty. The event will take place within the framework of the policy of transparency of the state, in particular, the concept of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Kemeluly «A state that listens to the voice of the people». Scientists comprehensively evaluate and criticize this law. After passing this filter, it is recommended to the public. Foreign and domestic scientists will participate in the open discussion.
